Raymond Brenneman

As a graduate of the University of Southern California and Taft Law School, Raymond is a Southern Californian at heart. As a FINRA Series 7 licensed securities representative with Smith Barney Shearson early in his career, he founded a successful commercial real estate lending firm which he grew to become a nationwide lender. In concert with this, Raymond formed a private real estate investment company focused on owning and self-managing mid-size multi-family properties, beginning with the purchase of a single property and culminating with the ultimate purchase and sale of dozens of properties, numbering hundreds of units, throughout the Western and Central United States.

Despite commercial success, Raymond's true love has always been the practice of law. Today, his past business experiences give him the insight, knowledge, and perspective to serve his clients and get results when others fail. For more than twenty-five years, Raymond has rolled up his sleeves and provided exceptional legal services in the practice areas of commercial law, real estate, contracts, asset protection, and civil litigation for other firms. Now, he looks forward to providing this same exceptional service his way- always putting the client ahead of profits and building a lifelong relationship predicated on trust.

When away from the office, Raymond enjoys finding a lonely beach, working on home improvement projects, sitting around the firepit with his family, and occasionally wrenching on a classic car. In his dedication to a volunteer spirit, he frequently commits to providing sixty or more hours per month in legal services to charitable purposes.
